About Grivexotria
A veteran-owned air duct cleaning company in Fountain Valley, California.
Who we are
Grivexotria Air Duct Cleaning Service is a veteran-owned and LGBTQ+-owned company based at 11135 Condor Ave in Fountain Valley. Our main work is cleaning air duct systems in homes and businesses. We also clean dryer vents, sanitize ducts, sweep chimneys and clean carpets.
Military service teaches you to do a job by the checklist and finish it properly. We bring the same approach to every home: inspect first, explain the work, clean the whole system and show you the results.
We serve 15 cities across west and central Orange County, and we are open every day from 7 AM to 8 PM so you can book at a time that works for you.
How we work
- We quote before we start, with no surprise add-ons.
- We protect floors and furniture in every work area.
- We use HEPA-filtered negative-air equipment and rotary brushes.
- We take before-and-after photos on every job.
- If your ducts don't need cleaning, we tell you.
- We welcome every customer and treat every home with respect.
Our process
What happens during an appointment
Inspect
We look inside several registers and the plenum and photograph what we find before any work starts.
Protect
We cover floors in the work areas and seal off the registers we are not working on.
Connect negative air
A HEPA-filtered vacuum attaches to the system and pulls air and debris out of the ducts.
Brush and vacuum
Rotary brushes and air whips loosen dust from every supply and return run while the vacuum carries it out.
Clean registers and blower
We clean the vent covers and the blower area. Sanitizing is available if you want it.
Walk through the results
You see before-and-after photos, and we point out anything worth fixing, such as crushed or disconnected ducts.
